Privacy, in plain words
Your family trusts us with details about someone you love. Here's what we collect, why, and what we will never do.
What we collect: names and email addresses of the people in your family space, the updates you send, and the tasks and appointments created from them. We also keep a log of who took or finished each task.
Why we collect it: only to run Dalva for your family, which means writing briefings, sending emails and showing who is handling what.
Who can see it: the organizer sees everything in the space. Relatives see only what their briefing or task link shows. During the pilot, a member of the Dalva team reads updates to prepare and check briefings.
What we never do: sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train outside AI models. [Attorney: confirm wording against vendor terms.]
Health details: Dalva is not designed to store medical records. If an update mentions a diagnosis or medication, we keep it out of briefings and email previews.
How long we keep it: [retention period to be set]. You can ask us to delete your family space and everything in it at any time.
Services we use: [list hosting, database, email and AI vendors once chosen].
